I was very happy how fast the product came to me. However when the product arrived i was disappointed. The product was not put together correctly. for example, both ends could not match up, which give me the impression that the company did not do a quality check before sending the product to the customer. which would insurance that the customer was happy, with the product. But the worst part of the shipment was the company never give the instructions on how to send back the probuct, with out me having to pay for return shipping. For a product that does not work. I would like to use this service again, but i am reluctant to because of my experience so far.I would be happy to get instructions on step-by-step on how to return with out paying return shipping. and when i will recieve me new product. Thank you.
