Excellent customer service!

First impressions weren't great, but AOBIO's customer service was very helpful. The first printer they sent me didn't work so not only did they send me a new printer, they sent me 500 labels to replace the labels I wasted due to the first printer's failure. I was very dissatisfied at first but customer service was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly and made me feel like a valued customer. Next time I need a different printer I will definitely use them again!
