Review on 💧 PureTouch AquaSuite MicroTech 9001 Replacement by Brian Rivenbark

I bought two filters. When it came time to replace the first, the second fell apart as I turned on the water on the filter and the water shot into the sink cabinet. Luckily I was there when it happened so I could turn off the water otherwise it could flood our house. Because this product has failed after the return period, Revain says I cannot return this failed filter. The fact that the filter fell apart is an obvious manufacturer fault and I want my money back. Update: I now have great respect for Revain for sending me a replacement after discovering the filter had a manufacturer defect well past the warranty period. . I never expected a water filter to fail when the water was turned on or at any point during its useful life, so I bought two to have an extra handy tool when it came time to replace the first one.
