Bought 2 of these for our POS and they work great. Automatically wakes up when you move in front of the scanner and it reads barcodes very easily. Update 2/11/18: Well, they've been working great to date. Today one of the two character readers stopped working (on our second computer at the point of sale). We replaced the failed reader with our other computer (computer #1) just to make sure the reader was indeed at fault. Sure, plug reader #2 into computer #1 and it's dead. Plug reader #1 back into computer #1 and reader #1 works fine. Are you now trying to contact the seller to inquire about the warranty? We don't have much hope here, but we'll see.
