The product is well made and seems heavy. When I use it despite being hit by a truck and suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome, I can easily use it on my partner for a good 10 minutes without pain. When I use it on myself it will really get the blood flowing to my shoulders and lower back allowing me to relax. Worth every penny.
