Nice faucet and works well. The instructions are well written and illustrated. It's good value for money, but there are two things that stand in the way of a five-star rating. The counterweight does not strike back on the extended spray head. It should be a little harder. I can always add extra weight, but you'd think one of the manufacturers could easily figure it out. 2. The faucet swings when in use. I figured maybe I wasn't tightening it enough so I got my nephew to actually tighten the sink mount but the resonance is still there. This doesn't affect the flow of water, but it does provide some distraction. It doesn't matter the side is hot or cold, every time water flows through this faucet, there will be a resonance sound. I really have no other alternative to return this faucet. I need a working washing machine, can put up with an extended spray head that won't retract, and annoying buzzing is uncomfortable, but I can live with that.
