This faucet was just what our kitchen needed! It's tall, slim and at a great price. The provided step-by-step instructions made the installation easy. My old faucet took longer to remove than install, but I would do it again. It wasn't difficult at all. I highly recommend this product.

There is no logo on the handle in the photos but it is actually printed there. It looks very shabby when it's on, buzzing and buzzing. Look for the word "hum" in other reviews. It's really annoying. Sometimes I forget that saving a few bucks on junk purchases ends up costing more. From now on, only branded goods are for me.

I don't understand why other pull out mixer taps cost five times or more than this one. It was easy to install and works flawlessly. No streaks even on the first attempt at installation. I like that both the hot and cold hoses are about two feet long. My old faucet required extension tubing to get to the check valves and that made them difficult to install and remove. The only downside I've found is that it makes a humming noise at low flow rates.

The built-in polished nickel faucet looks great. Bought a $5 deck plate from Revain to accompany the crane and it fits perfectly. Good quality faucet, very easy to install, with integral 3/8" inlets to connect to supply valves, suitable for most occasions, on rare occasions an adapter may be required. Operation and use The faucet feels great, as long as the materials are good, this faucet should last a very long time. I will most likely buy from this company again.

This product was delivered to me on 12/07/20 and I installed it on 12/10/20. It worked fine for 2 days and then lost all water pressure. I replaced both check valves if they were the problem but water was still coming out. I emailed customer service for the first time on 12/14/20. Great value! We had a 20 year old Grohe faucet from a plumbing store in town. Our hard water ruined it. I didn't want to spend 300-500€ for a replacement. This is great value. Nice faucet and works well. The instructions are well written and illustrated. It's good value for money, but there are two things that stand in the way of a five-star rating. The counterweight does not strike back on the extended spray head. It should be a little harder. I can always add extra weight, but you'd think one of the manufacturers could easily figure it out. 2. This was the EASIEST faucet I have ever installed in all my faucets (bathroom and kitchen) over the years. I have a very difficult to reach area between the double sink and the back of my closet to try and tighten my hand. I originally bought Delta Leland because it was the same style as all of my faucets/light fixtures in my house. There was a standard round screw to attach in the kit and I couldn't fully tighten it. There's just no space. In addition, it was bulky and looked more traditional.
