Pardot / Pardot Marketing Cloud integration is amazing
The way that it integrates across all of our tools is amazing, from email marketing automation through CRM data into social media insights as well! I wish there were more features in some areas but still overall great product/service so far!! We have been able use this tool since we started using Pardot (our lead & contact management) several years ago now - they can pull information out at any time if needed which makes my life easier by being one less software solution you need run your business off-premise or cloud services like AWS / Azure etc..
Pros

- Automation capability to execute sales process flows automatically.
- Reporting capabilities within their system are very complete compared what most CRMs offer today.
- Allows me access easily via an API call directly inside Visualforce pages without needing special permissions
