I like how easy everything is set up, from initial training through ongoing support of our customers when they need us! The customer service has been great so far as well; we are still in early stages but everyone seems very engaged with their work at this point which makes me feel good about working here for now (and hopefully long term). Nothing really comes across negatively unless you're looking specifically--which isn’t my problem right know :) My only complaint would seem minor compared if all other reviews were positive-it takes longer than expected sometimes between emails being sent or received because there can always be more information needed before sending an email/ticket response back etc.-but overall I'm happy thusfar!! If any one needs assistance setting things straight fast without having too many questions asked please reach out. It's definitely worth taking your time getting setup correctly versus just jumping into using someone else services where not much.
