Exactly as advertised. I have a new ASUS laptop with Windows 10 and just plugged it in and it worked straight away. No additional programs or drivers are required. It took me just a few minutes to upload three CDs to my iTunes account. However, I discovered one thing. Placing your hand on the top of the drive while it is spinning will eject the drive. Not sure if the sensor is built in at the top, but it worked every time I tried. However, I had no trouble loading all discs without interruption. For those who may be familiar with Apple's SuperDisc player/recorder, it looks the same. the same color etc. To be honest there is not much to say about it. It's a solid piece and appears to be of high quality as well.
