I recently received an order from my employer to ship night CDs across the country. I used the manual method of backing up individual drives using my laptop and then an external USB burner. This method was terrible at best and took so much time away from my lead that I spent my own money picking up this little gem. I immediately went from creating discs for 1 hour to 5 discs every 5 minutes. My productivity has increased by 91%. There are many hidden settings that really enhance the duplicator's capabilities, but right out of the box you simply turn it on, plug your source drive into bay 1, and then insert blank hard drives into the bay. other compartments and close the compartments to begin. That's all. And that's really all I need, but I found that I can connect a hard drive to store images to make cloning even faster. I can try that if I ever have to, but for now this thing works great the way it is.
