So I got this because I have a sealed bottom to keep the cold out and it also closes the valves. So reaching out to them for any type of service is painful to say the least. So a simple lubrication from the inside, where everything is washed off anyway. So according to instructions. 1/5 bottle per valve. Double it and add 4 gallons of water to repeatedly try to get it to work, all with an empty tank. So it seems easy and I follow the instructions verbatim. The substance is viscous and does not mix well with water. GOOD! It made my valves work better! For a day. Yes, Joy for a day. I think it just rinses off like the original lube but much faster. I shouldn't be surprised. Oh to be honest this is a full time family of 6 so I demanded a better result. Perhaps you'll get a better result if you pour it into the tank and leave it on the closed valve while it's in storage? May be.
