Review on 📷 FLIR ONE Pro iOS Thermal Imaging Camera - Camera Only by Matt Morgan

It's hard for me, I don't like writing negative reviews. But this product has only worked a few times since I unboxed it. There is very little if any instruction on what would lead you to believe it is some form of foolproofing. I am an engineer. So the first thing I did was charge it. But after 5 hours, it was still flashing, indicating that charging is still required.2. Sometimes it turns on, but most of the time it doesn't.3. Set up an account and register my FLIR One Pro but it will be blocked after sending and receiving a thank you message for registering your product.4. I called support for help and the person said they fixed the problem with my account. He told me to charge the device for another hour. The device does not turn on, does not light up, nothing6. Can't contact support as I'm still blocked.7. Trying to call again but have to wait for them to open. I'll give them a chance to fix the problems but honestly there are so many frustrated customers it seems like they really don't care. . I feel like the FLIR product isn't finished yet so hold your money back until the reviews get better or you will be disappointed too.
