I'm migrating data from a 3TB Seagate drive to a 6TB Western Digital drive (red) and have seen several reviews of the device that the destination drive is partitioned according to the size of the source. It's true, but don't worry. It is easy to reconfigure it in Windows 10 using Computer Management and then access Disk Management sub-feature. Youtube search doesn't hurt either. After I opened up the remaining unused space, everything looked as expected and worked great. It's even faster than my previous dock thanks to the UASP feature. Thank you SSC It even runs quieter and is significantly cooler. Hooray! In a week. Good. Now I've had the drive for a while and have encountered an issue where one of my drives turns into RAW format (recovered using chkdsk /f in superuser mode). For reasons unknown to me, this device does not work well when multiple hard drives are accessed at the same time. I recommend using it only as a cloner and/or single drive docking station. In this form it works perfectly.
