I had a tile floor in my kitchen last year and now that the (old) house has sagged, the grout has cracked and holes have formed under the tiles. My contractor moved out of state so I thought it might be worth a try for $20. Follow the instructions carefully and read the advice of other reviewers! It comes out very quickly, doesn't take much pressure and you have a bucket of water/sponge ready to wipe away the excess. It is also best suited for thicker joints. So if you have thin lines like we do, getting there will be difficult. We've been weighing him for 24 hours and he's not moving and I can't hear the "gravel" under him. We still have more tiles to fix and will see how they hold up over the long term, but for now this seems to save us a complete overhaul so it's well worth the money.
