I'm afraid it might start a fire

I've had it for 6 months now. At first it seemed great. But now the charging cable gets stuck in the mirror connector and the mirror flickers regularly. I'm concerned that this might start a fire - something about that seems very wrong. I've never dropped it, pulled the cord all the way out, or pulled it in an odd position. It just seems to be of very poor quality. I would NOT recommend it.
