Gets the job done. See pic for difference between the 2" and 1.6" version. I'm not a fan of the narrower option's color. It's more of a translucent white than a solid white. The material is very flexible, with some memory, but the adhesive is strong enough to not make it noticeable. The adhesive still held while the rubber scrapped across the carpet to the point of folding under the door, but I was still able to peel the rubber off, at the cost of some paint chips. I still tried to apply it again and it still held well, but I'm sure not as strongly as it did initially. It is sufficient for its purpose.
