Living in NYC rodents and pests are the norm even in nice buildings. After seeing one enter into someone else's apartment underneath the door I ordered this immediately. The smell of the adhesive is extremely strong but the seal is strong as well. I haven't seen any peeling and this is on our main door. No discoloration either. Additionally, the seller informed me of the proper way to use the door bottom - you have to leave it untouched for 1-2 days. The issue with this is I can't not use my door for that period of time. Used to keep drafts from blowing cold air under our entry door. We live in a condo building with heavy metal entry doors into each unit. I cleaned the area as directed, removed the strip covering the adhesive and carefully applied it evenly to the door. That was weeks ago and it is still in place and works very well.

The sticky part did not stick very well, even though I had cleaned the door prior to installation. Luckily they sent some heavy duty tacks that, once hammered in, held it in place very firmly. I had an annoying space under my front door, and this product fixed the problem easily.

Our Guest bathroom is connected to the guest bedroom and is the main bathroom for downstairs. The builders left a huge gap on both doors. I looked for a product I could install without the hubby. This is a great stick on product. It does come with tacks to double secure. Upon placing product and moving the door, there was a slight drag on the tile. This was because my floor is uneven. I had bought this for an exterior door, and wasn’t sure if it would work. The door was cleaned well, but the adhesive didn’t hold well and this item fell right off upon opening door (it is rather cold here in Montana this time of year.) I would recommend use indoors. Customer service was great about providing me with a refund.

I was actually really surprised by how well this works for the price. It took me a few tries to get it on right (apparently my floor is uneven) so I was sure the adhesive wouldn't work. But even after removing a reapplying a few times it sticks great. I bought it to eliminate a cold draft coming through my door but it also does a great job of dampening the sound (washer dryer on the other side). Can't say how cleanly it comes off once it has been on for awhile.

Gets the job done. See pic for difference between the 2" and 1.6" version. I'm not a fan of the narrower option's color. It's more of a translucent white than a solid white. The material is very flexible, with some memory, but the adhesive is strong enough to not make it noticeable. I installed this on both sides of my bedroom door to keep the kids from looking under. It actually has been installed for a couple of months now i have no issues with adhesive, i have no issues opening or closing the door. It did exactly what i wanted it to do. I like that it also blends well with the white door most dont even notice its not part of the door. Thank you!
