Review on πŸ‘ž Muck Boot Muckster Ll Rubber Garden Shoes for Men by Anthony Hales

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Is the Muckster II suitable for gardening?

I had a pair of Khombu sneakers that I bought from BJ a few years ago. These were cheap shoe-like moccasins which I didn't expect to be very good, but they turned out to be very practical and very comfortable. I wore them as shoes for a couple of years and when they started to look too worn I used them for housework (mowing grass, trimming bushes etc.) and hiking because they were very soft. . The sole of one of the shoes came off over time, so I had to look for a replacement. I wanted something for outdoors and Khombu no longer makes the ones I bought so I tried to find something similar. I have seen many good reviews of Muckster shoes but never heard of them (well I had never heard of Khombu before seeing and buying them from BJs). I've seen some negative reviews about being too tight and rigid. slip or fall off the sole after a few weeks but thought I'd give it a try. They fit as expected, not too small, not too big and not too tight. (I chose Wednesday). They cushion very well without being too heavy or bulky. I was worried they might get warm because they are water repellent but they seem to breathe pretty well which is not a problem... the foot doesn't get hot in these shoes. I think they look good for that type of shoe (not like some clumsy boots like water boots). You can never be sure when you see positive reviews for Revain and then there are some who complain that the product is just awful. Having not had a chance to try them on before ordering from Revain I can say I am glad they appear to be a quality product.
