Absolutely TERRIBLE Best in Athletic

I have worn these gardening boots for over 20 years and do everything I do. I loved them for the convenience and durability. Now they are HARDER. They have obviously been resized and generally fit. The top hole is also smaller and harder to get in with your feet. Now that I'm older they are very difficult for me to put on and very uncomfortable.

Pros
  • Easy to put on
Cons
  • Functionality

Great upgrade over the original muckboots but order one size up

This is a nice improvement over the original muckboots (now called "The Daily") which I replaced just because they had holes. although the soles of them. The only real difference is the thicker outsole with more tread. I usually wear a men's size 10.5 medium width, and in the original Macboots, a size 10 fits perfectly. For the Muckster II, I ordered 10-10.5s, but they were too small (about 1/2 inch shorter than the original Macboots that I replaced in a size 10). I returned them and ordered…

Good quality product, runs small.

I was replacing a pair of dirty boots I had worn for many years - same basic style, maybe more profile and same size. I was very disappointed that the shoes were too tight. I ordered a men's size because the width of the men's shoes is D and they fit snugly on my 10C women's feet. I was even more disappointed that I had to pay nearly $13 to return it and there was a 20% restocking fee on the order. Lesson learned - Always read the fine print if it's not Prime and stick with Prime products even…

Like shoes though.

Overall I like the shoe. I wear a size 10.5 but was very disappointed that this expensive shoe ($75) only comes in a full size and not a half size. So I had to order a size 10 which barely fits but is a bit tight in the socks. The first time I wore shoes without socks, one quickly got a blister on the heel from the rubber. So I have to wear socks with these shoes. I would recommend ordering the next size up if you are thinking about ordering these shoes as you will likely need to wear them with

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other models

I'm after the 'regular' Muck boots Gardening boots switched to this model I bought two pairs of "regular" shoes. One problem with these earlier "regular" shoes was that they tore at an angle at the top of the shoe. after approx. 8-12 months of continuous use. Now I have these new "MUCKSTER II" shoes and they don't seem to have the same tearing problem. UPDATE: A year later, I still wear these "Muckster II Climbing Boots" EVERY DAY - gardening, pet care. . still intact. NO cracks in the corners…

Best Boots Ever: Shoe

I have several pairs of Muck Boots ranging from the larger Chore to the LI Boot Muckster. Each of them has a different purpose: from cleaning and clearing snow in winter to heavy and light work in the yard. I am amazed at their comfort, arch support and ability to keep your feet comfortable and dry whether in single digits in 90 degree weather, indoors or just at the shop, they are great too. They are normal sized but depending on how I use them I wear a light sock for the LI Boot Muckster or a

Happy with my purchase.

You really should half size this shoe. 11 was too big and 10 was a bit tight. I wore them once and found them very comfortable. I first heard about these shoes at a local store. I wanted to buy a pair but they weren't my size. There they asked for $94.99. Good thing they weren't my size because when I ordered them from Revain I paid half the price. They seem well made and definitely waterproof as I wore them in the rain today and walked quite a bit and my feet didn't get wet at all. The tongue…

Exactly what I was looking for

I am a bird watcher and needed a shoe that would keep me dry when traversing wet grass, muddy areas and flat water in warm weather so buying a Muckster II was cheap . I tried them on when they arrived and almost returned them because they were very tight, almost to the point where I restricted circulation while sitting. But the length was fine, so I called Muck Boot and spoke to a helpful customer service rep. She said they would stretch a little, and she was right. The first thing that helped…

Is the Muckster II suitable for gardening?

I had a pair of Khombu sneakers that I bought from BJ a few years ago. These were cheap shoe-like moccasins which I didn't expect to be very good, but they turned out to be very practical and very comfortable. I wore them as shoes for a couple of years and when they started to look too worn I used them for housework (mowing grass, trimming bushes etc.) and hiking because they were very soft. . The sole of one of the shoes came off over time, so I had to look for a replacement. I wanted…
