Bought for a 14 gram bio cube currently replacing a broken Cree LED set. They're clearly not as bright as my 3w Crees, but I'm happy. Advantages: Easy installation Full color spectrum 3 controllable channels night/day and sunrise/sunset programmable for all days of the week with some presets. easy to assemble. I believe all corals will grow in a small tank like mine, most cool tanks have way more light than they really need. I've seen the success of lamps like the Nemolight which perform worse than these. Aquamaxx also released the Prism flashlight with positive reviews. The Prism appears to be a direct rebrand of this model, but in black and $20 more. I expect it ends up being a great product at a great price with lots of bells and whistles you wouldn't normally find. EDIT: Added photo of my aquarium after a month with this light, so far so good!
