Wasted $11. I was thrilled to get a set of oversized putty/bond spreaders for use on large putty areas. I used one and when it was done I started cleaning it like I have with every shaker I have used in the last 30 years. I tried wiping it off with basic nail polish thinner and this piece of garbage spreader literally started melting onto the surfaces. The plastic reacted with the solvent and the solvent corroded and ruined the shaker. They are not used for automotive applications where you need to wipe or clean them with solvents such as paint thinner. I haven't tested it, but I assume they do the same thing when rubbed with acetone. Also, they're very stiff, almost inflexible, which isn't a good thing - I could live with that if they didn't melt when cleaning with solvent. Don't waste money. I would return the remaining spreaders which I currently can't or don't want to waste but the cost of returning and the hassle of shipping makes it not worth it so I just lost $11 for not doing the advertised job.
