Update We installed our sink 9 months ago and love it! I called them again when one of the baskets got rusty after a month and they sent us a new one for free so my terrible customer service issue was an accident. The sink is very modern and we love it! Would buy again! We love the sink and haven't installed it yet. Directly called Kraus because they offer a common outer width but no common inner width. When I asked for the total outside width, the woman seemed very annoyed that I was asking and she said you just need to add two shell widths together and add an inch for the center. Like I'm an idiot for asking. My sink is with my contractor so I can't measure it to be sure and I'm installing extra supports in the cabinets. Asking for an accurate inside measurement must be a fairly common request that doesn't deserve its treatment. I hope we don't have any further questions or problems as I don't want to call them again and won't bother with them again. She shouldn't understand that she gets paid because people buy her product.
