Update:Plumber friend helped me out and took this on as a personal challenge. He explained that the fitting that goes into the pipe should be slightly tapered on both ends to ensure a tight fit. He replace the fitting, added plumber’s tape and "pipe dope” and I am at day 3 with an awesome faucet and a dry wall! The faucet is sturdy, beautiful, has great reach and pressure. I couldn’t be happier. I love the two handle design. Shuts off easily. I never thought I’d use it as much as I have ! The company did send an email and asked for more info on the leak. I sent info and in the meantime the plumber was here. The seller offered to replace the fitting. I am pleased they reached out. They did not replace fitting as my friend had already done so.Original post:Beautiful faucet but leaky at wall connection… just when I thought it was no longer leaking, after removing and then replacing tile, I discovered it was still slowly dripping into the wall.again. Plumber post was right when he explained- the threading is wrong……
