Review on πŸ“· Sony Alpha ILCE-7SM3 Camera Body in Black - Enhanced SEO by Jihu Gim ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best thing I have ever used, highly recommended!

Excellent camera in terms of price / quality / functionality. I bought a camera in February, I really missed 4k 60 fps or more. I've shot several projects with it. Happy with the camera. I watered for more than 3 hours in a row, the chamber was moderately hot and did not turn off. Autofocus is very tenacious and predictable The quality of video and color reproduction is better than in the A7III, including in FHD, but the usual three-ruble note is better in the photo. At first I wanted to sell it, but then changed my mind and decided to leave it for the photo. The only negative is that I had to upgrade the hardware. The laptop on the I7 8750h from 1060 to 6 Gb did not pull 4k video in h264 and 265, but it did an excellent job with Allintra in Premiere Pro, but you can’t get enough of memory cards for constant shooting in Allintra. If I find more features, I will definitely add a review.

Pros
  • High quality video Variety of codecs Bitrate up to 500 mbps (4k Allintra 50 fps) Ability to record 10 bit video on the card Simple and clear menu Frame rate capabilities in 4K up to 120 FPS Swivel screen Lack of noise at native ISO in low light conditions PP11 S-Cinetone No video recording time limit Full HDMI output Ability to output 4K 12 bit on Atomos Luxurious autofocus and its number of settings Real-time eye autofocus Very conveniently located controls Comfortable grip Relatively good stabilization Viewfinder is great - clear image without flicker Battery charger included Touch screen, which now allows you to select not only the focus point, but also control the menu settings
Cons
  • Mediocre photo opportunities - compared to the existing A7III, the eska is very draining Under normal shooting conditions, compared to the A7III, it consumes the battery faster, about 1.5 times, so immediately buy an additional FZ100 The screen is terrible in quality and brightness, like all Sony cameras Picky about memory cards - if you want to write video with a high bitrate - give her UHS-II cards
