Best thing I have ever used, highly recommended!

Excellent camera in terms of price / quality / functionality. I bought a camera in February, I really missed 4k 60 fps or more. I've shot several projects with it. Happy with the camera. I watered for more than 3 hours in a row, the chamber was moderately hot and did not turn off. Autofocus is very tenacious and predictable The quality of video and color reproduction is better than in the A7III, including in FHD, but the usual three-ruble note is better in the photo. At first I wanted to sellโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High quality video Variety of codecs Bitrate up to 500 mbps (4k Allintra 50 fps) Ability to record 10 bit video on the card Simple and clear menu Frame rate capabilities in 4K up to 120 FPS Swivel screen Lack of noise at native ISO in low light conditions PP11 S-Cinetone No video recording time limit Full HDMI output Ability to output 4K 12 bit on Atomos Luxurious autofocus and its number of settings Real-time eye autofocus Very conveniently located controls Comfortable grip Relatively good stabilization Viewfinder is great - clear image without flicker Battery charger included Touch screen, which now allows you to select not only the focus point, but also control the menu settings
Cons
  • Mediocre photo opportunities - compared to the existing A7III, the eska is very draining Under normal shooting conditions, compared to the A7III, it consumes the battery faster, about 1.5 times, so immediately buy an additional FZ100 The screen is terrible in quality and brightness, like all Sony cameras Picky about memory cards - if you want to write video with a high bitrate - give her UHS-II cards

Great product, a pleasure to use.

Excellent camera, the best at the moment for my tasks. Identical in size to a7r4. The flip screen takes some getting used to. I got used to the menu immediately, surprisingly. 10 bit 422 and already a good skintone. 4k up to 100-120 frames. 1080p up to 200/240 frames. Doesn't make noise at ISO 12800 (for slog3). You need to understand that on iso before the second native one it makes noise. Ruled by noise reduction. Therefore, at night we always shoot on the second native ISO. And in theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Best compact camera The presence of 264 codecs that mount well compared to 265 Gorgeous color and autofocus double iso
Cons
  • Need to get used to the flip screen There is noise on ISO which is in front of the second native

Impressive Low Light Performance

The Sony Alpha camera is a game-changer for low light shooting, with impressive results even in dimly lit environments. The electronics and advanced sensor technology work hand-in-hand to produce stunning, noise-free images with exceptional detail. The camera is lightweight and easy to handle, making it perfect for on-the-go photography. The only downside is that the battery life could be better, especially for those who need to shoot for extended periods of time. Overall, a fantasticโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Exceptional low-light performance and high dynamic range
Cons
  • Limited continuous shooting speed compared to other Sony Alpha models

Product is disappointing, not what it promises.

I rented this camera for 4 days +2akuma +16-35mm f2/8, 24-70mm f2/8, 70-200mm f2.8 and 55mm f1.8 I have the same setup on Canon r6 and also Sigma 14mmf1.8 . (Sonivoda calm down, I'm not a Canonist). I consider this setup for shooting video + 14mmf1 / 8 G Master. CONCLUSIONS: After the release of FX3, I see no point in 7Siii. I will take FX3- now it is the king in this class! (the only thing missing is ND filters!. on 14mm F1.8, itโ€™s not convenient to remove only the compendium)

Pros
  • Light, compact, "survivable" (I mean Akum) hold a charge for a long time, 2 pieces are enough for a day.
Cons
  • A7Siii is not about a photo!, although it is called a camera! Photo here for show. (12 megapixels). Uncomfortable in the hand! Fingers do not crawl between the lens and the handle when you shoot at 16-35mmf2.8 from your hands! (and indeed on any lens with a large size). It is impossible to shoot video on the Ronin S2 stub and 70-200mmf2.8 it simply does not fit, it touches the motors! (Canon R6 + 70-200mmf2.8 is half a kilo lighter, more compact and doesn't hurt anything!) When shooting on a 14mm f1.8 Gmaster, you need a compendium, not convenient, massive (it kills the compactness and lightness of the lens compared to the Sigma 14mm Canon R6 has a filter adapter, which is super convenient!). They say that they have improved the menu and the screen, where? how,? didn't notice!

Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

Has pros: - the best hybrid camera (in terms of capabilities) does not currently exist - large selection of Sony E mount lenses - Powered by USB-C while shooting Its cons: - CFeA memory cards are not cheap, but they are only needed for 4K120 ALL-I - matrix resolution is not enough for a photo, although it takes excellent pictures - stub could be better

Great product, a pleasure to use.

Minus or not, but you need a very productive machine to work normally with 4k, a laptop on a 10th generation i5 and a 1650 Ti card does not even play h265 without dropping frames. I am silent about editing in Davinci. Has pros: The long-awaited camera. When I first started doing video, about 5 years ago, there were already rumors about her. The stock of quality will last for years to come. Autofocus has become even faster (although it would seem, where else?). The menu is convenient, but in the

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

I have been using the camera for more than a month, in general, I am satisfied. The only thing is that I would either replace the screen with an old design, or remove the headphone plug somewhere. In general, the ideal solution would be to connect wireless ears. The picture is not like from blackmagics, it's still the same Sonya as the previous ones, but more convenient. In direct and professional hands, bm will not yield, of course. But if you look at the work on YouTube, the difference isโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Probably the best camera for video shooting, which will be relevant for another 5 years. 4k at 100fps, 10 bit 4.2.2 in any shooting mode, choice of codecs and compression. Ability to write to an external recorder even raw. The feeling that Sony took into account all the wishes of users and decided to finally fix the shortcomings of past generations. The menu has become much more convenient and understandable. Excellent autofocus. Improved stabilization. full size hdmi.
Cons
  • For me, the main drawback is the location of the headphone output, because it interferes with the swivel screen. At this point, either remove the headphone output to the second row, where there is a full-sized hdmi, or leave the old screen design, I really liked it (it was because of it that I didnโ€™t want a swivel, I understood that there would be such a problem with outputs on the left side of the camera). 12mp is normal for video, not enough for photos in 2022, only for home archives and social networks. In general, it suits, but I would like about 24mp. Active stabilization is good, but it seemed to me that it was more suitable for static frames. With a sharp movement, it can tupanut and pull the picture. It can also be used with a stub, especially on a longer focal length it will do, well, with smoother movements. Crop 1.1 does not bother, although a small drawback too. You need to know the native ISO for each profile in order not to get into a noisy picture. For example, in the log it is better to shoot up to 3200 iso, and then immediately jump to the second native - 12800. Although I usually try to switch after 1600. This applies not only to logs, but also to other modes. Each has its own native ISO values. You can find out about them by googling.
