Cheap quality, good quality for rotary cutter

Everything falls apart all the time. It doesn't work if you just squeeze the handle. So that the blade does not hang on the device itself, one must insert a love pin and release the handle. Also the quality of the blade is as bad as the undercut of the word 'quality'. On two blades I rolled a flat spot and cut the fabric. About self-healing mat. If I hadn't taped the thing back I would have returned it.
