I allowed both units to be fully charged before using themI first tried to use the small hoses, first tried one of them in 1 ear, then the other ear and then both unitsWhere I could voice sounds sounding OK but in no adjustments could get sounds like the TV to sound goodLacked quality sound and like no bass toneTried both modes and different volumes, even tried one unit adjusted than other unit in other ear where the TV volume adjusted and could not make it any betterI then measured the larger hose tubes and redid all the above tests, but sound quality of TV audio was not good.I also found when wearing 1 or both that I would get a headache and taking them off the pain went awayI tried that multi times and got the same results.Due to small unit size, small buttons this really need a Bluetooth design where the unit can be adjusted via a cellphone
