I like that it can be used in conjunction with other apps such as Zapier or Slack which makes management of your ticketing system more efficient! There could possibly some better options available but overall its pretty easy use once you get familiarized w/it - even though there are several different ways yo log into rolodesk (email address being one). So far everything has been great- super user friendly & very intuitive when using via slack integration! Very happy i found this solution since we were previously managing our customer service issues through excel sheets + emails sent by team members who would then reply back directly within Excel sheet. This was not only time consuming plus costly due too many duplications occurring from employees replying twice if someone needed assistance at same point where they originally replied - thus creating duplicate entries / errors etc.- also causing me much stress while trying resolve.
