I like how it integrates with our ticketing platform (FreshDesk) so that we can use one interface rather than managing multiple apps in order to do this basic task! The only thing i dislike about rolodeks integration into fresh desk has been its lack of updates since they released their new design last year :( otherwise all good! We've started using ROdeS as part of normal support tasks when creating or editing issues which previously had required us opening different applications each timeβ¦
