The sensor I have differs by about 6 %. For 32psi car tires, that's only about 2 pounds, but for 92psi RV tires, that's 6 pounds less! You may be wondering how do I know it's turned off? This is my 4th tire sensor and my truck has TPMS sensors, 5 total. The truck's TPMS sensors matched my other sensors to within 2 pounds, but this one was far from it. I'm glad I hit the return window. I decided to give it a try because it was cheap and I liked the idea of a glowing dial. However, keeping it in your tool bag will not expose the dial to light, so it won't glow when in use. Even when I left it in bright light for a while, the glow was very faint. I also had trouble seating the sensor cartridge firmly onto some valve stems. With the same bars, there were no problems with other sensors.
