Mirror and housing arrived in protective packaging and in perfect condition. It was pretty easy for me to install it myself and remove the broken one, and the mirror and case fit my Chevy van perfectly. Looks just like the original, you'd never know I replaced it. The quality was top notch, I was expecting cheap lightweight plastic but what I got looked and felt exactly like the original. The price was more than reasonable; I can't believe I almost went to a dealership to have this fixed, it would have cost so much more for the same result. I would definitely buy from them again.
