Love it! I have fairly sensitive, acne-prone skin in the T-zone and have to be careful with hair removal methods as they have resulted in rashes and ingrown hairs in the past. Some of the other strips I've used literally shed a layer of skin, hair removal lotion gave me chemical burns. They're sticky but light enough to grab your hair and not rip off your face. I have mostly fine hair/long peachy fuzz, but I do have some thick hair that appeared on my chin and around my mouth as I approached 40. As long as the hair is long enough, turning 98 does a great job. % from that. If the wax is applied too often, the hairs will not be long enough for the wax to catch. Some hairs will stay with whatever strips you use - not all hairs grow at the same angle to the same length. I just spend a minute or two removing the residue, usually thicker, then apply lotion and you're done! I have acne prone skin but the lotion doesn't clog my pores. If you're concerned about this, wash your face and apply some toner a few hours after waxing or before bed to make sure the lotion doesn't trap any dirt. The strips are more effective when the wax has softened. Before use, rub the strip between your hands to warm and smooth the wax. You will definitely want to do this if like me you live in a colder climate - it makes a world of difference.
