Received my Harper hand truck today. I was pleased to know that I was buying "Made in America". I'm always proud to support our homemade products and businesses. Today, however, Harper disappointed me. They sent me a damaged handcart on purpose. The wagon arrived in a perfect, undamaged box. I opened the box and saw that everything was well packed. Proceed to assemble the handcart according to the instructions. Everything seemed simple and easy to assemble parts. However, as I prepared to add the handle, I discovered that the top cross brace was uneven. Then I noticed a piece of tape attaching a small piece of fiberglass to the main frame. Looking around a bit, I realized it came off the edge of an uneven cross brace. Rather than install a new cross brace, the Harper employee decided to simply tape up the broken piece and box and ship the handcart. Obviously, this is a major flaw in Harper's quality control process.
