I can go gluten free and still eat challah!

I used to love making challah every week but now I'm on a gluten free diet. This pan allows me to bake challah-like bread to fill me up. More importantly, you can use it to tear off pieces of bread on Shabbat, just like real challah. I am very glad that such a product appeared on the market. Works well. Tip 1: Take the bread out of the pan and turn it out onto the baking sheet about 2/3 of the time to brown it evenly. Tip 2: The best GF Challah I've found is in Betty Hagman's book More From Gluten Free Gourmets.
