I like the idea of biodegradable cornstarch plastic bags but then they say they "plasticize" them. Um, if they're plasticized, are they really better than regular bags? I would like to see some details on how long it takes for them to biodegrade. Ideally, this should be tested by a third-party company. The bags are very, very thin and completely transparent. The box has a slot for bag release, which is convenient, but the bags remain unprotected during transit. The first bag I pulled out of the roll already had a hole in it. Also, they seem to be typical of very cheap bin liners. I think they will be ok for light work but if they were regular bags I wouldn't buy them. For this reason it is important to provide some details to prove that they are indeed biodegradable and have a certain advantage over regular bags. Without this I cannot recommend them.
