I don't often write reviews. However, after reading reviews that screws break easily during installation, I felt it was worth it. I installed four brackets for a total of 28 screws and pre-drilled all the holes to prevent cracking of the wood on the handrail and my trim that the handrail is also attached to. I had no problems with the screws at all. Not a single head came off. I installed the screws with a socket drill. The only issue I noticed was that the coating on the end of one of the brackets was scratched. However, if you don't look directly at the holder, you won't notice it. Seems to be good value for money.
