I needed to replace my old Genie remotes. I ordered two new remote controls and programmed them as described. I only had one problem with their programming. I had many remotes programmed into the unit including old ones I had thrown away and this only allowed me to add one remote. Looking at the troubleshooting guide, I cleared the entire program in the device by pressing and holding the "Learn" button until it went off. Then I had to reprogram all my devices, including the remote in front of the door and other cars. Everything works fine now!
