I bought a house that had Pfister Glenfield installed. The handle immediately started leaking, sometimes not down the sink but onto the ugly vinyl shelves; which wasn't cool at all. I immediately turned off the water supply to the sink to prevent mold growth. Common problems googled. I was sure it was a bullet. I went to Pfisterfaucets and found the part number of the cartridge and the lock nut (which was destroyed during disassembly or long before I did). Mine was incorrectly installed or "repaired" and was upside down lol, oddly enough it was bent with the wrong pliers and simply glued in with lime and who knows what else. It was hard. The main delivery took 24 hours. Good. One night I used jugs of water to wash dishes. never mind Since my handle assembly was already disassembled, installation was a breeze. It took maybe a minute at most to solidify in this way. A fresh cartridge and a new nut properly installed and I have no leaks and much better hot and cold control. I almost bought a new sink for over $400. I'm glad I got this instead and learned about sink faucets in the process. A new skill that I will need as a homeowner. Bad update if there is a problem.
