Much more reliable and better heat regulation than traditional heaters. With these heaters you will reach the target temperature much faster and more evenly than with standard heaters. Worth the extra money if they came with the connectors installed, but they're great nonetheless. The connectors just make installation easier and quicker, but definitely not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend these heaters to anyone looking for something better than stock, here they are. I've also found that you lose a lot less heat if you use thermal paste, which is applied to the heater prior to installation. However, this applies to all heaters and thermistors.
