Long story short, I bought a Firestone Coil-rite kit but didn't install it right away. I was going to install new coil springs and install an ARB air compressor before installing. Finally getting to the point where I could install them (way past the rear window) I attempted to inflate the airbags before inserting them. Connect them both to a male T-socket and inflate to 35psi. One of these was defective and inflated like a balloon (on one side), while the other kept its shape. I sent an email to Firestone Support explaining the problem, providing evidence of what happened and asking what the warranty process should be like. A few days later they replied that my letter had been forwarded to technical support. It's been a long time though, and I haven't heard anything since (will update this when I get a reply). Was I excited about spiral rituals? Definitive! However, I invested a lot of money to set everything up, but in the end I was disappointed. Will I recommend you? Not at all. Maybe I'm just "unlucky", but with such unhelpful customer support I wouldn't touch it.
