Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Dremel MM502 1/16-Inch Grout Removal Oscillating Multi-Tool Blade, (1-Pack) - Suitable for Bosch, Makita, Milwaukee, and Rockwell by Damon Atonyo

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Poor gouge removal due to very little carbide on the blade

When I received the blade I was very surprised to find that there was very little carbide and only on the very tip of the blade. The blade itself is very thin. Decided to give it a try for a 1/16 > 1/8 inch wide grout on a bathtub ledge. WARS! The hard metal at the tip of the blade wears out very quickly! Disc Dremel Multimax 501U 1/16 VERY GOOD. The Fein 1/16 Carbide Grooving Blade is also very good but much more expensive than the Dremel. XXGO 5pc 1/16 is cheapest but XXGO blades are very rounded, they don't have straight sides so they are NOT useful in tile corners/joints as a rounded blade can chip adjacent tiles too easily.

Pros
  • Oscillating Tool Accessory
Cons
  • Not the best
