It’s acknowledged (after several emails, a replacement and finally a refund) design limitation/defect requires you to unplug and replug-in your USB-A cord. I.e., you cannot leave a phone charger cord plugged into the outlet for ready use without first unplugging it from the outlet which "wakes it back up”. The USB-C outlet which I used with my IPhone’s MagSafe charging pad did not have this issue and was continuously powered and ready for use as it should be - but, the USB-A circuit goes to sleep unless you first unplug your charging cord. It’s a strange design shortcoming which I doubt the equivalent Leviton product designed by American engineers will have this defect and have ordered one.I must give props to their customer support team, though. They were prompt, friendly and professional. After the replacement outlet had the same rare” design shortcoming they admitted that it was a problem and claimed that most of their competitors "have the same problem” and refunded my purchase cost without having to escalate to revain’s support team. They were good. The outlet design is not there yet at least if you plan to use both, the USB-A and USB-C outlets.Hoping this review helps others as I only infrequently submit them
