I was disappointed to see it wasn't all the details. A T-connector is not included, but I think you'll need to find the right one for your particular installation. The instructions (of which there are 4 copies) are the same for many different products so it can be cumbersome to analyze. One full page per step, but only one line is related to your current product. In my case I had to replace the water nipple after replacing the valve and as a newbie I didn't realize this was a great way to fill my appliances with rust. So I had to disassemble and rust the whole thing, which isn't easy. This device does not have a cartridge or anything that can be cleaned. But when I dived in, it wasn't that bad. I am very disappointed with how short ALL the hoses on this unit were. The copper lead was the ONLY long enough to get to my water line. I had maybe half an inch of free space. The rubber hoses are also disappointingly short. Once you place the heater below the body of the sink, you have very little room to work. You basically need to install it directly under the faucet of a typical sink. I had a few spots along the back of the cabinet under the sink that might fit, but the hoses weren't long enough to support them, so now I have even more unused space under the sink. Finally, the manual says two marks past the vertical are 200F, but I've found EVERYTHING UP is between 195 and 200F. This is about right for tea and coffee, but might be a little lower than what you're looking for. Personally I would like to run it closer to 205F, an average around 200F would be better but that seems out of reach for this heater. Considering the price I'm disappointed but not too disappointed.
