Repositionable = Not that Sticky in this Case all

First, when you unroll it, not separate it from the backing, just unroll to measure and cut, it wrinkles.badly! But, that's pretty easy to smooth if you know what you're doing when you're ready to adhere it. But.the sticky side leaves a weird residue on your fingers, which would make you think it's super sticky but instead it it's not. Repositionable in this case means not that sticky. But, with a lot of tape, and other, stronger contact paper, it works as an okay base layer.
