Sticky.but Easy to work with!

I read reviews and how-to’s and did this by myself! It was not as difficult as I was afraid it was going to be! I know it says not good for uneven surfaces but I used it to cover behind my daughters’ new bathroom vanity lights/mirrors because part of the wall was textured and part was not- and the new mirrors were smaller than the builder mirrors they use.
It turned out great! It was easy to work with - just took a little patience working behind the light because I didn’t have an extra set of hands, but it ended up exactly as I was envisioning! Ordered more to do another wall in their bathroom!

Pros

Can be used in commercial spaces such as offices and boutiques

Cons

May not look as impressive or high-end as other luxury wall covering options
