This stellar seller is awesome! The tub turned out gorgeous except for one section which I’ll explain was my own fault. I’m 61 with bad knees, and I did this whole project by myself with the exception that my friend sanded it for me because I don’t own a sander. The directions are very explicit, with plenty of warnings about clothing and gloves and floor protection. If you follow the directions you should be OK. This was the first time I’ve used this product but I’ve used other products on rentals I own and they have all been awful, chipping and falling apart within the first month or two. Nothing ever look like this! This looks like a brand new tub out of the box. You can also feel the quality difference. The tub is glossy and smooth. So here’s how I screwed up. It took me about two hours to pour and spread the product. The instructions say that the last thing you do is the flooring of the tub because obviously everything is continuously dripping down into that area. I followed these directions however I am 5 foot four and this is a particularly deep tub that I was working. When I bent over to spread the bottom/base of the tub my boob smashed against the edge that I had already refinished! The more I tried to correct it the worse it got! This is because the tub was already firming up and so I was not able to get a nice clear pour, but it was also because of the marks made by my boob! So, I called the seller, because he’s generous enough to give his phone number out inside the box of product in case you have concerns. He was amazing! He’s sending me a touch up kit for 20 bucks. But he also answered my call within a minute and he sent me a couple videos showing me how to do the correction. Also, it should be noted, that one of my bottles spilt during shipping and he sent me out a new bottle right away. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this great seller and can highly recommend both him and his product.
