Collection of cat hair and cat litter

Sweeping up cat hair and cat litter with a regular broom only scatters, so I looked in the rubber broom. I've read all the reviews and being weak and not going to bolt seems to be the biggest complaint until I got to this broom. I just got this and tried it. It feels very solid and the mechanism for attaching the head is secure enough to prevent it from unscrewing during use. The stem has a good weight and the telescopic option is reliable in use. It picks up cat hair and dirt well and doesn't scatter them everywhere. Good product so far. The only drawback is the purple color.
