Review on StarTech RK812WALLO Frame Mount Equipment by Kevin Kue

Given the particular problem of installing an audio equipment rack (I work as a voice actor) in an existing bookshelf, I scoured the internet for solutions. There was only one stand, just under 20 inches wide, which was set up to hold standard 19 inch recording gear such as amps, compressors etc. This Star Tech device is rock solid with good heavy gauge steel. There are no instructions, but if you live on planet Earth you can assemble this stand in minutes. Also, they give you a bag with more rack nuts than you could use. While these racks are not technically mountable, they mount flush to each other so I used soft vinyl bumpers to fold down the pair and that was no problem/high recommendation for this product. Dan
