Review on 🔥 Fire Escape Ladder: 5&6 Story Portable Emergency Solution, 50ft Length, Anti-Slip Rungs by Joel Gardner

I ordered this ladder in case we ever have to flee our 6th floor apartment in an emergency. So I chose 50 feet. The item arrived in a broken unmarked white box wrapped in an unmarked open plastic bag. The only description was a copied page with general instructions for use, but without specifying the length of the stairs. Since the instructions for use state that the product is for single use only and cannot be folded back, I can't figure out the length of this ladder. So if I kept it, I wouldn't know if the stairs ended three stories off the ground, just in case of an emergency. It was clearly not in the original packaging and was likely a hastily repackaged return. I will have to send it back. Very disappointing.
